Healing for Broken Emotions

Do you struggle with your emotions?  Do you feel depressed?  Do you have “baggage” you are carrying from the past?  Then you may want to take part in this pastor recommended study entitled “Healing for Broken Emotions”.  The class will be facilitated by Cheryl Beaverson and will take place at Chapel on Sunday evenings from 6 – 8 pm starting Sunday, May 20th, most likely in the Lounge.  You may contact Kip Trout (kip@chapelchurch.org or 244-6375 x109) to sign up or click here for a registration form.

TRUE U - Science and Christianity

Does God exist?  Is the Bible reliable?  Our True U course investigates these questions from a scientific standpoint in a special ten-week Sunday school elective course this summer.  The True U “professors” for the class will be Kip Trout, Chris Schaeberle, Bob Vizthum, Jim Fickes, and perhaps some others.

The class is a DVD-based series with plenty of interesting philosophical and archaeological discussion as it relates to Christianity.  This is an excellent course for students preparing to enter college or for any believer looking to grow in their understanding of Christianity in light of modern science.

This 10-week course meets on Sundays from 9:15 am to 10:15 am in the Fellowship Hall of Chapel Church.  Class runs from 6/10 through 8/12.  To sign up, contact Kip Trout at 244-6375 x109 or email him at kip@chapelchurch.org or click here for a registration form.
